Returns & Refunds
All books sold through this website are printed to order by IngramSpark. Because each copy is custom manufactured specifically for your order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded simply because you change your mind.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for the issue to be investigated and, where appropriate, the book will be replaced or refunded in accordance with IngramSpark’s policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the problem; and
- Photographs showing any damage or manufacturing defect.
